These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak365 ("pak365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pak365.pro.

Your use of pak365 — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or accessing any game on the platform — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak365 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all gaming activities on the platform without exception.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on pak365 or any related platform.
• You have not previously had a pak365 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

pak365 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak365 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each registered player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on pak365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. pak365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You undertake to:

• Notify pak365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.
• Use your pak365 account exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account at any time or for any reason.
• Not use your pak365 account in connection with any commercial or business purpose, including operating as an agent for other players.

pak365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where transaction patterns warrant investigation. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.

All financial transactions on pak365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak365 does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are entirely outside pak365's control.

Approved payment methods currently available on pak365 include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. pak365 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pak365 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pak365 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, scheduled maintenance windows at payment providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as a primary anti-money-laundering control measure. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) before first withdrawal. pak365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

pak365 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases pak365 may freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

All bets and gaming rounds on pak365 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product — including sports betting, live casino, slots, color prediction, and Hi-Lo. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of this Agreement by incorporation.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and other sports markets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pak365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where a market has been manipulated. PSL and international cricket live markets may be suspended during critical match events and pak365 shall not be liable for bets unable to be placed during such suspensions.

Casino Games: All casino games on pak365 utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the game server. Disputes arising from alleged technical malfunctions must be raised with pak365 support within 48 hours of the relevant session.

Color Prediction & Hi-Lo: These speciality game formats are governed by the rules presented within each game interface. Rounds commence upon player confirmation and results are generated by a certified RNG. No guarantee of outcome is expressed or implied.

pak365 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable across all pak365 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Eligible games will be specified within each promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time.
• Single Account Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Misuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through irregular or fraudulent betting patterns — including low-risk, high-frequency hedged bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

pak365 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will be treated fairly and in accordance with the terms applicable at the point of opt-in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with pak365 games, betting markets, or account functions.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities. Any bug discovered must be reported to pak365 support immediately; exploiting a known bug rather than reporting it will result in account closure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating transactions on behalf of third parties through your pak365 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise circumvent the technical protections applied to the pak365 platform.
• Using the pak365 platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All content on the pak365 platform — including but not limited to the pak365 name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak365 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. No content from pak365 may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, framed, or commercially exploited in any form without prior written authorisation from pak365.

pak365 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on pak365 you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

pak365 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required for the legitimate operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak365, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak365 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pak365 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime, data loss, delays in payment processing, or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or government-imposed service restrictions.

pak365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak365 determines at its sole discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pak365.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through pak365's responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable upon account closure for breach of terms.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of pak365 and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pak365 operates with the intention of full compliance with the legal framework applicable to its operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and pak365, you are encouraged to contact pak365 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pak365 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.

pak365's decision on all gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account-level actions made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions shall be considered final in the absence of a demonstrable material error.
